The studio
The people
behind the systems.
Opulence Automations is a boutique AI automation studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We build custom systems for dental clinics and service businesses: the kind that reopen old enquiries, answer new ones in seconds, and take repetitive admin off a small team.
Who runs it
The studio was founded by Richie Lukau, who works from Dubai and builds the systems himself. There is no account manager between you and the person writing the automation. When you ask why something behaved the way it did last Tuesday, you are asking the person who wrote it.
That is a deliberate limit on how many clients the studio takes at once. A build that nobody understands in detail is a build that quietly breaks six months later, and the practice only finds out when the recalls stop going out.
What we actually build
Four systems,
built one at a time.
Reactivation
The contacts already in your system get worked through in order until each one books or says no. Most engagements start here, because the list is already paid for.
Response speed
An enquiry that lands at eleven at night gets a real answer at eleven at night, in your words, against your calendar rather than a generic reply.
Document handling
Invoices, forms and delivery notes get read, checked and filed where they belong, so nobody retypes them into a spreadsheet.
The fourth is follow-up: the fifth and sixth messages nobody has time to send, sent on schedule and stopped the moment somebody replies. Read how automation gets built into a business for what each of these involves in practice.
Why the studio exists
The observation behind it is narrow and specific. Small businesses in Dubai spend real money making the phone ring, and then lose a large share of what rings through for reasons that have nothing to do with the quality of their work.
An enquiry arrives on Instagram on a Friday evening. The front desk sees it on Sunday morning, by which point the person has booked with whoever answered first. A patient was due a check-up fourteen months ago, is still on the system, and nobody has the time to work back through a list of nine hundred names by hand. A team retypes the same supplier invoice into the same spreadsheet forty times a month.
None of that is a marketing problem, and none of it is fixed by hiring. It is a problem of things falling between people, and it is exactly the shape of problem a well built system handles without complaint at two in the morning.
We would rather make the enquiries you already paid for work harder than sell you a way to buy more of them.
That is also why every engagement starts with an audit rather than a proposal. If nothing on your list is worth building, the honest answer is to say so and hand back the thirty minutes.
How an engagement runs, in order
Audit
Thirty minutes on a call. We find where you are losing enquiries and roughly what that is worth.
Roadmap
A written plan. What to build first, why that one, and what it should bring back. Yours to keep.
Build
One system, built around the tools you already use. Nothing gets ripped out to make room.
Optimise
We watch it, tune it, and report what it did. Systems drift. Somebody has to keep watching.
Where we are, and how to reach us
The studio operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and works with businesses across the Emirates, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah included. Calls run on Gulf Standard Time, which in practice means a working week that starts on Monday and a lot of enquiries arriving on a Friday and Saturday when nobody is at the desk.
Everything reaches one address: hello@opulenceautomations.com. A person reads it, usually the same day. There is no phone tree and no ticket number.
If you want to see what the studio would do with your business specifically, the free thirty minute audit is the way in. You keep the written roadmap whether or not anything gets built.
Questions people ask before getting in touch
Who is Opulence Automations?
Opulence Automations is an AI automation studio in Dubai, founded by Richie Lukau. It builds custom systems for dental clinics and service businesses in the United Arab Emirates: patient reactivation, instant enquiry response, document handling and follow-up sequences.
Where are you based?
Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Work runs on Gulf Standard Time and covers clients across the Emirates. Calls happen on Zoom, so the physical distance between Dubai Marina and Abu Dhabi makes no difference to how a build runs.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Businesses where an enquiry is worth a lot and the team is small enough that admin competes with the actual work. Dental and medical clinics most of all, because a single unbooked recall is a measurable loss. Also clinics, salons, professional services and trades that quote.
Do you do the work yourself or subcontract it?
The founder builds the systems. That caps how many clients the studio takes at once, on purpose. An automation nobody understands in detail is one that breaks quietly, and the business only notices when the bookings stop.
How do I start?
Request the free thirty minute audit. We look at how enquiries reach you, what happens in the first hour, and what your team retypes by hand. You get a written roadmap afterwards and you keep it whether or not we work together.
Thirty minutes.
No pitch. A plan
you keep.
A person reads every request. Usually answered the same day.
